Room cleanliness can be improved!!! It's baffling that the common areas aren't kept up to standard!!! I encountered unpleasant odors that definitely need addressing!!!

Very noisy - soundproofing in room not very good

The hotel was very clean

We experienced a great deal of confusion at check-in and check-out regarding splitting the bill. We booked two rooms for 8 people and requested that the bill for each room be split by 4. We spoke to 4 different people at the desk, received varying explanations as to yes they can do it to no they can't do it. This left each person with multiple charges to their credit cards or debit cards. It was a mess and extremely stressful.

Ask the staff about community events happening during your stay for a more engaging experience.

The room needed some updates and wasn't very well stocked with amenities like toiletries. While the coffee in the room was disappointing, the cleaning staff worked diligently despite being limited in what they could provide. Breakfast options were fair, not quite matching expectations, but the dining area remained clean and organized. Even with these drawbacks, the more spacious rooms did offer a comfortable stay for families visiting the area.

What a pleasant stay, no complaints. Clean, incredibly beautiful hotel for shopping. Climate control, multi-channel TV and a refrigerator in the room and the comfortable bed. Big bathroom with a tub; very friendly and attentive staff. Peaceful location to Mount Anna Baptist Church. The service in general was excellent. Clean pool to relax in too.

The staff's warm assistance with my children's needs made us feel right at home. The breakfast variety, especially the mini waffles, was a good start to our day.

Easy to find, plenty of parking, very clean and comfortable room, good breakfast. several eating places nearby.

not enough pillows. high school basketball team staying right down the hall very noisy and ate all the fruit at Saturday breakfast. inexperienced desk clerk could not help with checkout.
